Uber is a well know cab service providing company which offers cab services all over the country. Uber announced that it is going to launch a service called UberMedic to help the healthcare providers like doctors, nurses and helpers for their transportation during this COVID-19 crisis situation. As there are no transport facilities due to the 21 days complete lockdown. The UberMedic service will really help the health service providers for their smooth transportation.
The COVID-19 crisis is going on all over India. Uber is working 24/7 to assist health and medical care authorities. With advice from the government, Uber has partnered with some hospitals for the UberMedic service. This will ensure the medical staffs to get safety and easy transportation. Uber will select only the top-rated drivers during these services. They will use dedicated cars and the drivers will be in the duty with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like mask, sanitizers, hand gloves and spray.
